Duties

My main job is sewing. Usually I sew all the back end of the garment in flow. Now I sew work pants with a few people away from me. Outside of flow, we have regular study sessions where we are taught jackets and dresses.

Job satisfaction

When I first joined the company, I thought it was impossible to sew a single stitch, but now I can sew a pair of pants by myself. It took me a long time to learn to sew properly, but I find it very rewarding.

Stories of hardship and failure

There is another person who is in charge of the rear view in the flow, but because of the different working hours, it is difficult to work as soon as that person leaves.

Future Goals and Dreams

I am now able to sew one pair of pants, but there are still many things I don't understand, so I hope I can contribute to the company while learning at study sessions.
