I am very happy when something I was involved in planning or creating a pattern for becomes a product. It is also very rewarding to think that the products reach the hands of our customers.

Stories of hardship and failure

When inputting a pattern and grading it, I made a mistake in the width of the seam allowance. I felt that I needed to make patterns with a proper understanding of sewing specifications, rather than just looking at the pattern on the computer screen and thinking.

Future Goals and Dreams

I have only been assigned to planning for a short time, so I would like to learn the job quickly so that I can do it more accurately. I would like to experience various jobs and do my best to create better products.
