Duties

I visit distributors nationwide to propose our company's products. We also hold planning meetings during sales meetings, so I think the appeal of our company is that we can be involved in planning and product development.

Job satisfaction

There are many rivals for working manufacturers other than our company. We are very happy and feel a sense of accomplishment when we propose a product requested by a customer and it is adopted.

Stories of hardship and failure

Inevitably, the distributor has been involved in workwear longer than I have, so I struggle with my own lack of knowledge.

Future Goals and Dreams

My goal is to create custom-made products, as I have never created a custom-made product from scratch with a customer since I joined the company.
