The LOI value of the material used in this product is much higher than 28.9.

The neck has a collar that is turned up and fastened with Velcro to prevent spatter from entering, and both chest pockets have flaps sewn in at both ends to prevent hot substances from entering.

Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI value) is an abbreviation for Limiting Oxygen Index.

It is a measure of the minimum oxygen concentration required to continue burning, and is one of the indicators of "flammability" or "combustibility.
The higher the value, the more oxygen is required, and therefore, the harder it is to burn in air.

Since the oxygen ratio in the atmosphere is about 20~21%, it is generally said to be flammable if the oxygen index is 22 or less, and flame retardant if it is 27 or more.
The 350 series and 9205 (flame retardant finish) are made of cotton 100% material, but are highly flame retardant.
It combines the texture of cotton 100% with high flame retardant performance.
