Short sleeve T-shirt in flame retardant knit. Made of 55% modacrylic and 45% cotton Protex Fiber.

Protex Fiber is a modacrylic fiber with improved flame and heat resistance while maintaining its inherent supple texture.

Excellent flame retardancy (material flame retardant and self-extinguishing)

PROTEX is a material flame-retardant fiber in which the fiber resin itself is flame-retardant, and has self-extinguishing properties that stop combustion as soon as it leaves the source of fire. Unlike the flame retardant performance of post-processing, its flame retardant properties do not diminish or fade with washing.

Hard to melt (carbonized type)

When Protex burns, it forms a carbonized film that prevents the spread of fire and stops burning in a short period of time once the fire source is gone. Unlike polyester and other molten fibers, Protex does not melt and adhere to the skin when it burns.

Soft, light and comfortable

Protex is lightweight, warm, and resilient, and its unique fiber shape gives it a soft and supple texture.

Usually, knitwear is made by sewing together parts such as the body and sleeves.
In contrast, a whole garment of WHOLEGARMENT® knitwear is knitted three-dimensionally, directly from the knitting machine.

Seamless and comfortable to wear

Flame-retardant short-sleeved T-shirt that can be worn as innerwear for flame-retardant workwear. Made in Japan of Japanese fabric and sewn in Japan. It has a clean silhouette with no gore due to seams or joints. Also soft, lightweight and comfortable to wear and fit.

It is available in two colors, navy and gray, and in seven sizes, from S to 5L.

■Limiting oxygen index (LOI value)
Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI value) is an abbreviation for Limiting Oxygen Index.
It is one of the indicators of "flammability" or "combustibility" by showing the minimum oxygen concentration required to keep burning.
The higher the value, the more oxygen is required, which means it is less flammable in air.
Since the oxygen ratio in the atmosphere is about 20 to 21%, it is generally said to be flammable if the oxygen index is 22 or less, and flame retardant if the oxygen index is 27 or more.
