In addition to group training at the time of joining the company to learn the manners and basic work flow as a member of society, many employees voluntarily participate in a variety of courses for personal development, including basic office automation courses, women's and children's ready-to-wear garment sewing technician certification, textile product quality control certification, and basic textile courses.

Asahicho Textile Co., Ltd. established Kodama Clothing Industry in Fuchu City, Hiroshima Prefecture in April 1937. We have been manufacturing advanced workwear in Bingo Fuchu, known as a manufacturing town, making the most of our accumulated experience and achievements. Workwear requires a wide range of performance and functionality, including safety, comfort, durability, visibility, and design.
